What is a timed release print?
Timed release prints are available for purchase for a limited period of time. The final edition size is determined by the number of prints sold during this window. Once the release period ends, the print will no longer be available.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
When will I receive my order?
U.S. domestic orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
Orders are generally processed in 3–5 business days, and domestic delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 business days. International orders may take 1–4 weeks, depending on customs and destination.
I need my print by a certain date, or I have a special request. Can you make this happen?
If you have a specific request or deadline, please email info@staticmedium.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Please note that VAT, import taxes, and customs fees are not included in your purchase price. FedEx will contact you with a link to pay these charges prior to delivery, and these fees go directly to your government’s customs office.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All U.S. domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx and international orders will be shipped via FEDEX International.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments by check are not accepted.
How are the prints packaged? Do you ship prints flat or rolled?
Individual prints are shipped rolled in a crush-proof tube. The print is wrapped in kraft paper with glassine protecting the image surface.
Orders containing multiple prints are often shipped flat, placed in protective sleeves between multiple sheets of double-ply cardboard to ensure safe delivery.
What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?
We cannot replace or repair damaged packaging. However, if your print itself is damaged, please contact jordansokol@hotmail.com
Can I get a refund?
Due to the sensitive and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
